    No. BridgeLedger Solutions provides bookkeeping and accounting support. We organize financial information and can coordinate with the client's CPA or tax preparer, but tax return preparation and filing are not included in our monthly plans.

    Do I need to use QuickBooks Online before getting started?

    Not necessarily. During the initial consultation, we review the business's current system. Setup, review, or migration to QuickBooks Online may require a separate quote based on the condition and volume of the records.

    How do I send my documents securely?

    We provide a private folder for uploading bank statements, receipts, invoices, and other supporting documents. Permissions and access procedures are explained during onboarding and summarized in the security section above.
